The staff was wonderfully friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I received helpful suggestions for local attractions. A superb breakfast was delivered to my room each morning. It featured a good assortment of pastries and cooked options. The hotel's location is amazing. Vatican City, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps are all easily accessible by foot.
The building entrance was a bit unappealing due to some trash, it contrasted with the otherwise beautiful room.

The staff provided very friendly service. They also offered helpful information regarding nearby dining options. The best pizza I have ever tasted was found just around the corner, it was a culinary delight.

The location was excellent, less than thirty minutes by foot to most tourist spots. the staff were helpful and friendly. They assisted with luggage because there is no elevator. i appreciated that breakfast was served in the room, this made mornings easier.
the stairs were long and heavy, so they could be challenging if you have mobility issues.

the room was clean and spacious. the view from the room faced the street below. i found the air conditioning to be well needed after hot days.
the lift was slow. the lift was also very narrow. banging started at 7:30 on friday morning.
